I love the preschool years! Kids who are 2 and 3 years old are absorbing so much information and learning so quickly. Christmas Scrapbook Inspiration from a Lazy Scrapbooker

A Christmas Scrapbook Album

Christmas is a time of tradition, when families come together and memories are made. Unfortunately, it can be easy to forget these memories in the hectic rush of the season.

(Don’t believe me? Have you ever asked yourself, “Where did we spend Christmas two years ago? When did we do [some particular activity]?  When did Grandma get the kids that train set?” Mmm-hmm. I thought so.)

Creating a Christmas Scrapbook Album is a perfect way to solve this problem. You can make this simple and fun project that will become a cherished keepsake for your family. And, if you’re super busy, feeling non-creative, or just lazy like I am, you can still make a very simple holiday scrapbook with very little effort.

Thankful Tree Craft

By Anna Lowell

This craft is so easy, but turned out so cute! I love Thanksgiving crafts that encourage thankfulness – the true reason for celebrating Thanksgiving. (By the way, allow me to digress into a pet peeve for a moment. Can we all fight this trend to call Thanksgiving “Turkey Day”? Thanksgiving is so much more than just a day when everyone stuffs themselves with turkey and watches football and plans what junk they are going to go buy the next day. At least I hope it is.)

Little People Doors

By Anna Lowell

We moved recently. Twice actually. In one year. Because of the chaos I wanted to try to personalize our new “permanent” house and make it feel like “home” right away. One of the ideas that I found online was to put up “fairy doors” or little people doors in the house. I had so much fun with this!

Little People Doors: Add a little whimsy to your home! Lots of great ideas for little people doors , including glow-in-the-dark windows and footprints!
